Missing Ireland today,
and the wonderful people
I met there.

I finally apologize for throwing
a piece of gum in the river
when I stayed in Kenmare.

Why do I feel
guilty about that?

The flowers are blooming
at home right now.
I miss the canyons,
the red rock,
the smell of desert
rain and wet alfalfa,
and the fiery sunsets.

Tired of this snowy,
dreary New Haven.

The moon tonight reminds me
of God’s majesty and how intricately
interested and involved he is
in my life.

Thank heaven
somebody has it together
between the two of us.

I don’t mean to clutter your newsfeed
with a weather report, but I’m finally back

Longest solar rebirth ever!

I walked around the temple
tonight and looked up
at the moon and honestly
I felt
like it was the first time
I had ever seen the moon
in my life.

An old man just stopped
in his tracks, stared
at me, told me my hair
was beautiful,
pet my head like I’m a dog.

my new red hair
brought out the freaks

I just played two games of Risk
in a row with Jesus Christ
Superstar
playing in the background.

I’m ever thankful
for the Sun. I’m also
thankful that the Middle Ages ended.
Let’s not bring them back.
