The ground has never sparkled like this,
It was like staring into the dark sky
with so many
brilliant shining stars.
Every second there was a twinkle of
light from the blacktop.

Amazing how things look so beautiful
     when you take time to notice.
This was something I thought I would
never see a plain blacktop as.
This little black ground just took on a whole new look.
Funny how it actually is made
to shine by a star.
First sunlight all day.
