I cleared the bookcase next to my bed off and thought, “Wow that was a lot. Glad I don’t have that many books though!” Then I opened my closet and gasped.

I’m a hoarder but only with books and cats
how did I buy all of these books
how did this happen it is not ok
if there is a fire or a silverfish infestation while I’m gone then I’m going to cry forever probably
how am I ever going to even attempt to read all of this
this is a nightmare and a dream come true
why is this the story of my life
yeah totally, accumulating 500 books in nearly 6 months is totally normal not awful at all
If only I could give them away! But they are all precious
children of mine, they are my childs.

there happen to be 8 cats living in our yard

there were blood and feathers about

I was a vicious little kid.
we used to go down to Florida
every summer
for about a month &
would walk on the beach
twice a day.
My brother and I
would compete to see
who could crush more crabs
with rocks or
perforate
jellyfish
with sticks.
