On the one hand,
like just about any vampire^H^H^H^H^H^H^H
pasty computer guy,
I tend to avoid the sun.

On the other, the sun that reaches
the ground today reminds me of the long-awaited end to a schoolyear and
impending vacation.
Not only is the end of a schoolyear not coming
(I just checked, and it’s still
only February),
but even if it were, there would be no break
(stupid employment).

Also, lunch was half
a sandwich because the other half
was moldy, and me
with no lunch
money.

So nice.
